Over de functie

As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for managing and motivating a team of line operators and production employees. You organize the production process, monitor progress, and ensure that production and packaging lines run smoothly and without disruptions. In addition, you supervise compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and coordinate workforce planning with HR and temporary employment agencies. You work closely with quality control, the technical department, and HR.

Your responsibilities

• Execute production orders according to plan
• Manage, motivate, and support the production team
• Report issues related to planning, quality, and technical matters
• Create and monitor work schedules in cooperation with the HR department
• Supervise production progress and make adjustments to ensure the packing process runs smoothly and efficiently

Monday to Friday on a two-shift system (every other week also on Saturday for the morning shift)

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00

The company works with products from its own cultivation as well as from growers in Europe, Africa, and South America. The modern, refrigerated packaging facility in Horst enables year-round packaging of blueberries, with quality and efficiency at the core of its operations.

Wat wij vragen

• Experience in a similar role within a food production environment with technical knowledge
• Good command of English and either Polish or Dutch
• Willingness to work in a shift system, including every other Saturday (morning shift)

Wat wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage between €18.44 and €23.82
• Travel allowance of €0.10 per km (for 10 km to 30 km)
• Shift allowances: 25% for 19:00 – 23:00 and 40% for 23:00 – 00:00
• Overtime pay up to 30%
• Work in a refrigerated environment at 8°C
