At Colt, we're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to lead growth across low-penetration, low-spending, and dormant large enterprise accounts in the Netherlands — with a sharp focus on new logo acquisition.This is a strategic role suited to someone who thrives on challenge, is commercially astute, and has a proven ability to open doors and build long-term value. We're looking for someone with the mindset and capability to lead complex engagements and deliver real business outcomes.


  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven success in new business development, ideally in telecoms, IT services, SaaS, or digital infrastructure.
  • Experience engaging large enterprise customers with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with strategic sales methodologies.
  • A self-starter mindset with a hunter mentality and a passion for unlocking growth.
  • Ability to influence and build trust at executive level.
