Candidate Profile:

• The Pedigree: 10+ years within the R&D or Senior Engineering divisions of a Tier-1 Global Systems Integrator (GSI) or Industrial Automation leader.
• The Iron: Mastery of low‑level building protocols (IP/MSTP) and deterministic control logic. You understand the difference between "Smart Building" software and Industrial‑Grade Safety Hardware.
• The Shield: Direct experience architecting system‑level fallbacks for high‑stakes insurance audits and fire‑safety compliance.
• The Mindset: You are obsessed with deterministic latency. You know why a sub‑2‑second response time is the only metric that matters when autonomous mass enters a primary egress path.

The Engagement:

Director‑level technical leadership. You own the architectural integrity of our Sovereign Standard. This role begins as an elite technical consultancy to oversee the first flagship activations in the Zuidas and London, transitioning to a permanent Head of Integration.
