Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

We are working with a market leading insurance MGA seeking an M&A Insurance Analyst in Amsterdam. It is entering an exciting period of exponential growth. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.

About the role

As an Analyst in on transactional insurance deals, the M&A Analyst will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands‑on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analysing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
• Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies
• Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals
• Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow by updating the team with M&A deal statistics, reviewing/executing NDAs, and utilizing the team’s IT/operating systems to ensure smooth administration of M&A deals
• Engaging and communicating with insurance underwriters, lawyers, and investment managers.
• Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outings

About you

Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. A background or education in Law is desirable.
