Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Join our team in Eindhoven as a Clinical Project Manager specializing in MRI studies . You will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating clinical imaging projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality MRI studies within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Your Mission

• Lead end-to-end management of MRI clinical studies from start-up to close-out
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical operations, radiology, data management, and vendors
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee site selection, initiation, and performance
• Ensure MRI protocol adherence, imaging charter compliance, and data quality
• Manage vendors such as CROs and imaging core labs, as well as external partners
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards
• Prepare for and support audits and inspections (internal, sponsor, regulatory authorities)
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership

✅ What You Bring

• Experience in clinical project management (minimum 5 years)
• Experience with MRI in clinical trials within pharma, biotech, or CRO environments
• Knowledge of GCP, EMA, and FDA regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing vendors and global/multicenter studies
• Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Imaging, or related field
• English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
• You demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities, and a strong understanding of regulatory and quality frameworks in clinical imaging
