Assistant Exhibition Manager Location : Utrecht / Jaarbeurs Our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees through innovative event management and top-notch customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Exhibition Manager for our Experiences in Utrecht to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The Assistant Exhibition Manager will support the Operations Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of exhibitions and events, ensuring seamless operations and an outstanding experience for clients and attendees. Co-lead and mentor the exhibition team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Provide regular updates to clients on event progress and manage client expectations effectively. Collaborate with the Manager, Operations Project Manager and the Marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for events. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a similar role within the exhibition industry. Proven experience in managing exhibitions and events. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
