The Role

• Own and deliver the enterprise wide data, AI, and architecture strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, AI, and data architecture.
• Define and evolve data and AI architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, and interoperability.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise high value data and AI use cases.
• Set standards for data governance, quality, security, and responsible AI.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience leading data, AI, and architecture functions.
• Proven ability to define strategy and deliver complex, end to end initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics, AI, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and operating at an organisational leadership level.
• A collaborative leadership approach with a focus on building high performing, inclusive teams.
