Are you a sharp, hands-on analyst who wants to go beyond reporting and actively contribute to execution and impact? At VIDA, we are looking for a Transformation Analyst to join our Impact Acceleration Office. In this role, you will support performance and transformation initiatives across the organisation, working closely with the Senior Manager Performance & Transformation, site teams, and functional stakeholders. You will combine strong analytical work with close involvement in implementation, helping drive measurable results across VIDA’s operations.
Role Overview
As a Transformation Analyst, you are a core member of the Impact Acceleration Office and directly support the delivery of performance and transformation initiatives. Your work goes beyond analysis: you actively contribute to execution, follow-up, and impact delivery across sites.
You will help create transparency on performance, support disciplined execution, and work closely with teams on the ground to ensure that initiatives move from plans to results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support performance and transformation initiatives through analysis, modelling, and execution support
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards, performance tracking tools, and reporting for leadership and site teams
- Support the S&OP cycle and other performance management rhythms
- Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
- Track progress of initiatives, identify risks or delays, and support timely follow-up actions
- Prepare clear and concise materials for Leadership Team and site reviews
- Work closely with site and functional teams to collect, validate, and interpret data
- Support implementation by working with teams on the ground, not just behind the desk
Profile
- Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience
- Background in consulting, operations analytics, or a strong analytical role
- Strong Excel, modelling, and data analysis skills
- Experience with performance tracking and KPI-driven environments is a plus
- Able to work confidently with diverse stakeholders
