They are now looking for a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial Managing Director (m/f/d) to lead and further develop their Dutch subsidiary, established in 2018 (6 employees at the location).

In this key leadership position, you will shape the direction of the Dutch organization and drive sustainable growth. Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading the entire subsidiary, including sales, marketing, administration, and compliance.
• Developing and implementing price, product, and growth strategies aligned with global group objectives and local requirements.
• Actively managing sales and marketing, focusing on efficient structures and solution-based sales to achieve ambitious targets.
• Mentoring and leading a dedicated team of six, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Driving transformation in digitalization and sustainability while maintaining a close, collaborative relationship with the German headquarters.
• Acting as the face of the brand in the Netherlands and actively engaging in customer development.

Our requirements

• Academic degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, paired with strong commercial acumen.
• Several years of leadership experience in multinational companies within the technical sector, with a proven focus on sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong financial literacy (budgeting, P&L, cost control) and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A strong ability to evaluate technical products and solutions.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, combined with intercultural competence.
• Experience in leading remote-working teams and the ability to provide clear direction and orientation.
