About the Role
The AI Solutions Director is accountable for the direction, motivation, and financial impact of a newly formed team focused on content and innovation. The role oversees AI Solution Managers, pitches and executes ideas across platforms, and leads the development and deployment of internal production talent to deliver high‑quality content on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and creative development processes with an AI‑enabled, production‑led mentality, ensuring pitches reflect the global vision and strategy.
- Shape and articulate the organization’s digital‑first innovation vision across all client solutions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end AI production life cycle, building and improving delivery processes and ROI metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations, Casting, and Regional business leads to forecast workloads, secure resources, and execute on quarterly targets.
- Lead risk management, identifying and mitigating legal, budgetary, and schedule risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Roll out and manage an annual AI communications plan across social, education, and community channels.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with growth, accounts, and social teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as the face of the studio to partner and discipline teams, keeping them informed of the latest AI capabilities.
- Mentor and coach a micro AI Production squad, setting quarterly goals aligned with market developments.
- Document and implement best‑practice workflow guidelines for AI R&D and production.
- Support sales, lead production strategies, and provide business‑acumen advice to meet quarterly KPIs.
Essential Functions
- Executive project and pipeline governance, ensuring new processes scale across global teams.
- Oversee and deploy global AI vision and mission delivery across all projects.
- Guide AI product, AI communication initiatives, and AI squad operations.
- Continuously explore cutting‑edge AI production and operational processes.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10‑15+ years of experience in print/photo, motion, social, digital, post‑production or content production with progressive agency or high‑tech leadership roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project‑management skills.
- Business acumen and problem‑solving ability, with a strong PM skill set.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and the latest AI tools and LLMs.
- Mastery of at least two production disciplines (e.g., motion, interactive, emerging media, art buying/print, programming).
- Experience in complex contracting, including talent, music licensing, and third‑party works for hire.
- Willingness to learn the approved AI tool stacks and build new production and operational processes.
Salary Range
$130,000—$185,000 USD

Return to Office Policy
