Responsibilities

  • Lead sales performance across the Benelux region, ensuring revenue growth, margin development and consistent execution of the sales strategy.
  • Develop and coach a small sales and account management team.
  • Own key accounts – personally manage strategic customers and high‑impact business opportunities.
  • Build commercial structures: scalable sales processes, pricing frameworks and forecasting routines.
  • Drive market expansion – identify opportunities and contribute to the development and launch of new offerings in fuels and energy solutions.
  • Translate regulation into business: collaborate with regulatory, legal and technical teams to turn complex requirements into clear, customer‑ready value propositions.
  • Scale the commercial organisation, professionalise sales processes and translate corporate strategy into market‑ready solutions.

Required background

  • 7–12 years of commercial experience in energy, fuels, mobility, industrial B2B or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in sales execution, key account management and revenue growth.
  • Experience in proposition development and bringing new products or solutions successfully to market.
  • Regulatory awareness and understanding of regulatory‑driven environments.
  • Experience working within corporate structures while operating effectively in smaller, agile organisations.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
