Description
As a Marketing Manager you will: Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual roadmaps
- Translate business objectives into effective marketing plans and campaigns
- Identify target audiences and refine positioning
- Monitor performance and optimise marketing activities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Support product and service launches
- Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing and commercial goals
Content & Execution
- Create and manage marketing content across online and offline channels
- Coordinate visual materials, presentations, and promotional assets
- Maintain and optimise the website (content, structure, SEO)
- Manage social media and digital presence
Brand Development
- Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity
- Ensure all communication aligns with the overall positioning
Profile
- 3-6 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in solar, energy, manufacturing, installaiton, robotics, production, or similar industry is a plus
- HBO degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- Strong experience with digital marketing (campaigns, content, website, social media)
- Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with Sales teams
- Analytical mindset with focus on performance and optimisation
- Fluent in Dutch is a must! (Please do not apply if you do not speak Dutch)
