Our client is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager who is available from June 1st for a contract until the end of November + potential of extension.
The ideal candidate is available 40 hours/week, is a resident in the Netherlands (no Visa Sponsorship available), and brings 5+ years of experience.

Description
You will lead the d-commerce Revenue Growth Management (RGM) program, with priority markets being UK,NL,DE,FR,AUS. You will:
- Design a tailor-made RGM capability for top strategic channels, creating and rolling out the RGM playbook in the top markets.
- Lead dRGM integration by designing Retailer RGM framework for top markets' customers
- Create category strategies and guidelines that optimize company revenue via brand price & pack architecture, managing portfolio and channel item mix, and refining promotion plan across channels/customers/regions.
- Identifying white-spaces, pack/ price opportunities, and building a channel-specific portfolio and power assortment for Omni, Rapid Grocery and QSRs
- Work together with dCom Channel Strategy Lead to define current and future growth drivers that will shape retailer and Magnum Ice-Cream go-to-market strategies and plans.
- Bringing measurable impact by spotting growth opportunities.
Profile
- Experience in RGM and/or Portfolio-Price/Promo analytics
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities a must; ability to translate data into compelling insights and actions
- Excellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Curiosity: A customer centric mindset
- Self-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment

Job Offer
- €6000 - €8000 per month based on 40h and experience
