Description
- First point of contact for German‑speaking B2B customers (phone & email)
- Handle orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery inquiries
- Support inside sales activities, including upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/ERP systems
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships with a commercial focus
Profile
- Available for 40 hours/week
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service B2B/Inside Sales/Order Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Live in the Netherlands, no candidates from abroad will be considered
Job Offer
- €2.600 - €3.300 gross per month based on 40 hours
- 40 hours per week
- 1 day working from home
