Customer Service Representative (B2B) | German-speaking


Our client is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service B2B / Inside Sales who has 2+ years of experience in a similar role and are available 40 hours/week.

Our client is a global leading IT company operating in over 20 countries.

Description

  • First point of contact for German‑speaking B2B customers (phone & email)
  • Handle orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery inquiries
  • Support inside sales activities, including upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM/ERP systems
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships with a commercial focus

Profile

  • Available for 40 hours/week
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service B2B/Inside Sales/Order Management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Live in the Netherlands, no candidates from abroad will be considered

Job Offer

  • €2.600 - €3.300 gross per month based on 40 hours
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1 day working from home
  • Travel allowance
