Food Line Operator | €3,450

Work in a clean food production site with a fixed 2 shift schedule and strong shift allowances. You can earn up to €3,450 gross per month including allowances, work with a steady team and grow towards Operator, Senior Operator or Team Leader.

In this job, you work in a modern food production environment where meat products and meal components are prepared for major supermarkets. The ingredients are already prepared before they arrive at your line. That means your focus is on running the process, checking quality and keeping production moving.

You work in a fixed shift team. Together with operators and production colleagues, you make sure the line runs safely, cleanly and according to food safety rules. You do not need to sit still in this job. You are active, alert and involved in the process.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the production process for meat products and meal components;
• Setting up and checking ovens and smoking equipment;
• Keeping an eye on quality, speed and output during production;
• Carrying out checks according to HACCP rules;
• Spotting small issues or deviations and taking action when needed;
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and hygienic;
• Working closely with operators and your shift team.

Dit krijg je

• €2,347 to €2,846 gross per month based on 36 hours;
• Up to €3,450 gross per month including shift allowance based on 40 hours;
• 31.5% shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00;
• Fixed 2 shift schedule, with morning shifts around 06:00 or 06:30 to 14:30 or 15:00 and evening shifts around 14:00 or 14:30 to 22:30 or 23:00;
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
• €0.23 per km travel allowance from 10 km one way;
• 3.25% year end bonus and extra allowances for cold areas, hygiene procedures and changing time.

Dit ben je

• Fulltime available for a fixed 2 shift schedule;
• Able to do active physical work;
• Experienced in production, preferably in food;
• Able to travel to the location with your own transport;
• Dutch and/or English speaking at a workable level, because of safety instructions;
• Willing to work cleanly and safely according to strict hygiene and HACCP rules.
