What you'll do

As a Circular Teammate, you'll work in our innovative Circular Center where returned Decathlon products get a second chance. Instead of discarding items, you'll diagnose issues, repair defects, and refurbish products to prepare them for resale.

• Receive, inspect, repair, pack and ship refurbished products
• Work on diverse projects: fixing bikes, repairing tents, sewing, matching unpaired shoes
• Collaborate daily with teammates to set priorities and tackle challenges
• Contribute ideas to improve our circular processes
• Support initiatives like Buyback and Rental programs

Working conditions

Enjoy excellent work-life balance with Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 to 17:00 - no late shifts or weekends! We offer 32-38 hours per week in a supportive team environment.

• Sports enthusiast with passion for sustainability

• Technically curious with hands-on mentality
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Organized worker who takes initiative
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Valid work permit for Netherlands
• Live within 30km of Tilburg Circular Center
