Junior Programmatic Analyst

As a Junior Programmatic Analyst you can expect to support, manage, optimize and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients as part of a broader team. Successful team members in this role will demonstrate the ability to support ongoing media efforts for clients in strong collaboration with other team members. You’ll be responsible for hands‑on activation of digital channels – inclusive of tagging, trafficking, buying, etc. – and how to use the right digital platforms to achieve media and business goals. We ensure consistency, governance, and support around platform usage and activation activities and aid in all ongoing building, buying, optimization, and reporting efforts.

In this role you will

  • Effectively partner with team members upon request to complete tasks (internal and external)
  • Assist in campaign builds in accordance with best practices and client needs: set budgets and pacing, assign creatives to appropriate line items, assign campaign/IO/line item‑level targeting (mid‑/low‑level object targeting), advertiser setup and linkage, tagging across in‑scope platforms, channel overlap and interplay.
  • Provide updates to clients, troubleshoot basic issues on in‑scope platforms: troubleshoot campaign issues, provide platform updates, offer recommendations based on best practices, follow escalation path & escalates issues accordingly, use various internal & external resources, appropriately communicate cause/effect and next steps.

  • Maintain understanding of MM & team QA processes & tools
  • Maintain QA best practices with lessons‑learned from own and other team’s QA experience
  • Collaborate with team members to complete QA checks across your team’s accounts
  • Develop and grow relationships with internal stakeholders in order to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approach.
  • Identify and communicate growth opportunities for current clients to management.
  • Keep the pulse of the market and roll out processes & products as we scale that would add value to our growing client base and our rapidly expanding organization.

Experience you already have

  • Enthusiasm for the digital media industry.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Social platforms and Programmatic. Experience with them is a plus.
  • Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Data analysis abilities.
  • Consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
  • Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
  • Flexible, versatile and driven to obtain new skills and scale knowledge to take on uncharted territory.
  • Comfortable working among intercultural teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced English both written and spoken. This item will be tested during the interview process.
