Description
- Responsible for the full coordination of sea freight shipments from A to Z.
- Maintaining close contact with carriers, agents, customers, and suppliers.
- Actively tracking shipments and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
- Managing bookings and preparing all related shipping documentation and administration.
- Supporting invoicing processes and coordinating customs activities.
- Working closely with Sales and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Profile
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages being an asset.
- Proven experience with air or ocean freight oprtations.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of international air freight regulations and documentation.
Job Offer
- A salary based on experience between 3.000-4.000 euros per month.
