Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex). /li liData Engineering: Proficiency in Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Spark SQL. You know how to ingest data from APIs, streams, and files into well-modeled data layers. /li liSoftware Craftsmanship: Strong Python skills with an emphasis on modularity, Pydantic for data validation, and professional Git workflows. /li liAgile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile or SAFe environment, taking full ownership of your tasks from conception to deployment. /li liCommunication: Transparent, proactive, and able to translate "tech-speak" into business value. /li liCritical Thinking: You don't just execute; you ask "Why?" to ensure we deliver the best possible solution for the Mercedes-Benz customer. /li liLanguage: Fluent in English (written and spoken). /li /ul what will you do pAs part of the data science team, you will bridge the gap between advanced AI research and practical, scalable business solutions. /p ul liArchitecting Intelligence: You will design and build LLM-based solutions for information extraction, summarization, and conversational AI; /li liEngineering Pipelines: You will develop scalable data pipelines in Azure Databricks using PySpark and Spark SQL, ensuring our data layers are optimized and robust; /li liCoding Excellence: You write clean, modular Python code.
