pbbWat je gaat doen /b /b /p pAs a Logistics Employee, you play an important role within the logistics process. Together with a team of approximately 20 colleagues, you make sure everything runs efficiently — from incoming goods to outgoing shipments. You work with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency, while also thinking along about process improvements. /p pYou will start in a day shift schedule (07:30 - 16:15), but during certain periods this will change to a 2-shift system (06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00). /p Your main tasks include: ul liPicking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for shipment /li liReceiving, inspecting, and administratively processing incoming goods /li liLoading and unloading trucks /li liHandling internal transport with forklifts, EPTs, and possibly reach trucks /li liOrder picking using packing lists and digital systems /li liPerforming inventory counts on a regular basis /li liReporting damages, deviations, or unsafe situations and suggesting improvements /li liWorking together with other departments to ensure deadlines are met and processes continue smoothly /li /ul pbbWat we je bieden /b /b /p pYou will work in a professional and supportive environment where teamwork, development, and quality are highly valued: /p ul liA gross monthly salary between €3,570 and €3,650 (including shift allowance), based on a 40-hour workweek /li li25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance /li liTravel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer /li liA full-time position starting in day shifts, followed by a 2-shift schedule in the near future /li liProspect of a permanent contract /li liAn informal yet professional working atmosphere /li liA structured onboarding process and proper guidance from the start /li /ul pbbFunctie-eisen /b /b /p pWe are looking for a motivated logistics employee who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and values precision and teamwork. /p ul liMBO-level education and experience in logistics /li liFull-time availability and preferably able to start on short notice /li liExperience with forklifts and EPTs; reach truck experience is an advantage /li liA valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one /li liGood command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus) /li /ul pbbOver het bedrijf /b /b /p pBased in Nijmegen, this company is a leading technical organization supplying high-quality products to international markets.
