Then this could be the perfect next step for you! /p ul liYou will start with a 7‑month contract via Olympia /li liIf performance is strong and the match is right, you will receive a direct contract with Samsung SDS /li liThe Samsung site in Born is located directly next to the A2 highway and is easily accessible from Sittard, Echt, Roermond, Heerlen, Maastricht, Maaseik, and Aachen /li /ul pFor Samsung SDS in Born, we are looking for a System Support Officer WMS TMS. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for operational teams when system-related issues occur. You don’t need to know everything already, we are mainly looking for the right mindset, eagerness to learn and sense of responsibility. /p pAs a System Support Officer, you support operational teams with questions and issues related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS). You analyse incidents, determine root causes and ensure high data quality in the systems. /p pYour responsibilities include: /p puFirst Line System Support /u /p ul liActing as the first point of contact for operational system issues; /li liDiagnosing, prioritising and resolving WMS and TMS incidents; /li liEscalating issues to second line support when required and following them up; /li liCommunicating with operations, IT, engineering and customers. /li /ul puData Management /u /p ul liMaintaining and managing master data within the Cello systems; /li liAligning stock levels between the WMS and the customer’s ERP system; /li liMaintaining and improving procedures related to master data; /li liPerforming root cause analyses and proposing improvements. /li /ul puContinuous Improvemen /ut /p ul liTesting solutions in test environments; /li liContributing to structural system and process improvements (procesmanagement); /li liInitiating improvements in storage methods and put‑away strategies; /li liSupporting customer implementations, system changes and go‑live phases; /li liAssisting in projects, improvement plans and system training for colleagues. /li /ul p No two days are the same, you continuously switch between systems, processes and people. /p bFunctie-eisen /b pYou do not need to be an expert yet.
