You act as a key link between suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners, combining operational execution with continuous improvement. The organization offers a dynamic environment where collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement are central. /p pbDescription /b /p ul liCoordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries /li liMonitor shipments and ensure compliance with international and local regulations /li liMaintain optimal inventory levels and support demand planning to avoid shortages or overstock /li liOptimize transport planning, costs, and delivery schedules in collaboration with procurement and logistics partners /li liPrepare and validate shipping documentation, including invoices and customs paperwork /li liWork closely with suppliers, international offices, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations /li liIdentify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes /li liManage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and support rate negotiations /li liResolve operational issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries /li liSupport logistics planning for peak periods, projects, and promotions /li liMaintain accurate data and reporting within logistics systems (e.g., SAP or similar) /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar /li liExperience in international logistics or supply chain operations /li liExperience with shipping bulk goods or commodities (e.g., agri/food products) /li liGood understanding of supply chain processes, Incoterms, and customs /li liExperience with ERP/logistics systems (e.g., SAP or similar) /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments /li liProactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented /li liStrong communication skills; fluent in English /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p ul liA salary between €40,000 and €55,000, depending on experience /li li25 vacation days to support a healthy work-life balance /li liSolid pension scheme /li liPersonal training and development budget to grow your career /li liFlexible home working arrangement /li liA dynamic, international and supportive working environment where no day is the same /li /ul
