The culture is collaborative, structured and expertise‑driven. /p pbDescription /b /p ul liManage the full Dutch payroll cycle, including monthly processing, data changes, statutory updates and employee queries. /li liCoordinate closely with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders across the NL/UK/BE hub. /li liProcess payroll changes such as starters, leavers, global transfers, variable compensation, allowances and leave. /li liSupport cross‑country payroll activities, benefits administration, audits, year‑end close and mobility‑related payroll matters. /li liIdentify improvements, maintain controls and act as the Dutch payroll subject‑matter expert within the regional payroll team. /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul li3-5 years of experience in a similar payroll role. /li liStrong knowledge of Dutch payroll, including wage tax, social security and pensions. /li liA high level of accuracy with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. /li liClear communication skills and confidence working with HR, Finance, Benefits, Mobility and external partners. /li liAn ownership mindset with the ability to solve complex issues independently. /li liComfort with payroll/HR systems and Office 365, plus a proactive approach to process optimization. /li liFluent English. /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p ul liA 7‑month assignment, with serious potential for extension. /li li32-40 hours per week. /li liAn international environment with strong cross‑border collaboration. /li liSolid learning and development opportunities within an expert, structured setting. /li liA culture focused on integrity, teamwork and continuous improvement. /li liClear governance, mature processes and access to leading payroll, tax and HR experts. /li liAn inclusive workplace that values diversity, equality and respect. /li /ul
