You’ll be involved in the entire production process — from start to finished products. Think: peanut butter in all kinds of varieties, made for a wide range of customers. If you have a technical mindset (or are eager to learn!), you’ll fit right in! /p pYour daily responsibilities as a production worker include: /p ul li pOperating and setting up the machines that produce our products /p /li li pTroubleshooting minor technical issues /p /li li pPerforming basic maintenance on the machines /p /li li pTesting the final products for quality and consistency /p /li /ul p3-shift system (06:00–14:15 and 14:00–22:15 and 22.00 - 6.15 /p pbDit krijg je /b /p pHere’s what we offer when you work as a Production Worker: /p ul li pA gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,400, depending on age and experience /p /li li p3-shift allowance of 15% /p /li li pA thirteenth-month bonus and reimbursement of travel expenses /p /li li p8% holiday allowance and 25 days of paid leave /p /li li pTravel allowance of €0.23 per km /p /li li pAccess to the company gym with a personal trainer /p /li li pPremium-free pension plan /p /li /ul pbDit ben je /b /p pRequirements for working as an production worker: /p ul li pWillingness to work in a production environment (including exposure to food products) /p /li li pBasic understanding of English or Dutch /p /li li pyou´ve allready worked or show intressed In a production enviorment /p /li li pWilling to help your co-workers on the production line /p /li /ul pWe do not provide accomodations.
