A key part of your role is working extensively with Power BI to build dashboards, visualize data, and support data-driven decision-making. You support the optimization of planning and business processes to increase profitability. You collaborate with different teams across the organization. /ppYour work includes in-depth analysis and reporting within an international maritime and offshore safety training environment. The focus is on pricing, margins, and training capacity planning for safety courses, as well as overall financial performance. You also play an important role in forecasting, budgeting, and supporting strategic projects that drive growth and efficiency across the global training network. /ppbTasks and responsibilities /b /pulliAnalyze profit, margins and overall business performance while translating insights into concrete improvements; /liliImprove training planning and staffing to increase operational efficiency; /liliContribute to pricing strategies and commercial decisions, supporting strategic direction; /liliSupport budgeting and forecasting processes to strengthen financial planning and insights; /liliDevelop and enhance dashboards and reports to improve data visibility and usability; /liliSupport MA activities, including buy build initiatives, due diligence and transaction processes; /liliIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across the organization. /li /ulpbYour profile /b /pulli1 to 3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or data analysis; /liliCompleted Bachelor or university degree in a relevant field; /liliStrong analytical skills and a natural interest in working with data and Power BI; /liliProactive mindset with the ability to work independently; /liliEager to learn and continuously develop professionally; /liliStrong command of the English language, both written and spoken; /liliCuriosity for AI is considered a plus. /li /ulpbWhat they offer /b /pulliSalary up to €55,000 gross per annum (including holiday allowance); /liliPension scheme (2/3 employer, 1/3 employee); /lili25 vacation days; /liliTravel expense reimbursement; /liliHybrid working model; /liliInternational working environment; /liliStrong opportunities for personal and professional growth. /li /ulpibAbout the organization /b /ibriThe organization is an international provider of safety training for professionals working offshore.
