pAs a Freight Forwarder you coördinate AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments. These are urgent shipment of aircraft parts and materials to minimise downtime and get grounded aircraft back into operation as quickly as possible. /p pbClient Details /b /p pOur client is a global logistics and supply chain company specialising in delivering integrated freight forwarding, logistics, and technology solutions. The location in Hoofddorp has over 200 employees with 50 different nationalities. They have a flat company structure with a "no nonsense" culture. /p pbDescription /b /p ul liCoordinate and manage air freight shipments from start to finish. /li liGather and prepare all required shipment and export documentation. /li liMaintain accurate shipment status updates and detailed administrative records. /li liBook shipments with airlines and negotiate carrier rates to optimize costs. /li liCommunicate clearly with customers, carriers, and internal teams. /li liProvide proactive customer updates and report issues immediately. /li liIdentify and resolve problems with strong attention to detail. /li liTake initiative to improve processes and develop new working methods. /li liWork in a customer- and service-oriented manner at all times. /li liCollaborate effectively within the team, considering different interests and impacts of decisions. /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul libThe ability to obtain a VGB-document (8+ years in the EU). /b /li liProven experience with airfreight. /li liProficient in English, Dutch is a bonus. /li liCareful and accurate. /li liAble to handle stress. /li liWillingness 40 hours within the two shift schedule: 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p ul liDirect company contract /li liSalary based on experience €3.500+ per month /li li€450 gross per month bonus for the shifts /li li26 holidays /li li0,23 cents per km travel allowance / public transport fully reimbursed /li liPension plan /li /ul
