Senior Commercial Marketing Manager (Italy)

The business is consumer‑led, brand‑driven, and commercially focused, with a strong emphasis on demand generation, retail execution, and partnership‑based growth. /p pbDescription /b /p ul liExecute regional brand and marketing strategies while translating global direction into strong local commercial impact /li liLead integrated, insight‑driven campaigns that build brand awareness, drive demand, and support retail and market share growth /li liManage marketing investment and budgets to maximise ROI and deliver revenue and margin objectives /li liAct as the key marketing liaison across sales, customer execution, operations, finance, and external partners /li liRepresent both the voice of the market and the voice of the brand in regional and local decision‑making /li liCommunicate marketing plans, performance, and priorities to internal teams and key customers /li liMonitor market performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize brand execution /li liLead local consumer events, activations, and customer‑facing initiatives /li liProvide strong people leadership, developing talent, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative, high‑impact team environment /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul li5+ years of experience in Commercial Brand or integrated marketing within an international organisation /li liStrong experience working with sales teams and consumer product retailers /li liPro-active networker with experience in stakeholder management /li liConfident with financials and sales data, with experience forecasting /li liExperience managing localisation and transcreation of marketing assets across multiple markets /li liStrong background in managing marketing budgets, promotional activity, and branded assets /li liDemonstrated experience working across EMEA markets and collaborating with regional and local stakeholders /li liComfortable operating in a fast‑paced commercial environment with multiple cross‑functional interfaces /li liFluent in English and Italian is required! /li liAvailable within two weeks! /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p pBesides the fact that you operate from the HQ of one of the most prominent Global Brands, you shall also work in a driven team with enthusiastic colleagues in the Amsterdam Area.
