You are responsible for coordinating people, processes, and resources to guarantee that goods are handled, stored, and shipped correctly and on time. /p pYou will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where communication, leadership, and flexibility are essential. In this role, you act as the link between warehouse operators, supervisors, and external partners such as temporary agencies and transport companies. /p pYour responsibilities include managing and guiding a team of warehouse employees, ensuring that work is executed efficiently and according to established procedures. You will monitor daily performance, support employee development, and use tools such as performance reviews to help your team grow. /p pIn addition, you will: /p ul liEnsure goods are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition /li liCoordinate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation /li liMonitor inventory levels and support stock accuracy /li liWork according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety guidelines /li liIdentify discrepancies between targets and results and report these to the Warehouse Supervisor /li liSupport daily operations during peak periods when needed /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in daily LEAN meetings /li liIdentify bottlenecks in processes and propose improvements /li liEnsure correct administrative processing of goods and documentation /li /ul pYou will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient and positive working environment, motivating your team, and ensuring operational targets are achieved. /p pThis is a varied role where you combine operational involvement with coordination and leadership responsibilities. /p bFunctie-eisen /b pYou are a proactive and structured professional with strong communication and leadership skills.
