pWe are seeking a Freelance Product Launch Coordinator to join a leading eCommerce Product Launch team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support seamless and timely product launches by managing and enriching product data, ensuring high catalogue quality, and coordinating closely with multiple internal stakeholders across the organisation. /p pYou will play a key role in monitoring product readiness, maintaining accurate reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline product launch processes within a fast-paced fashion eCommerce environment. /p pAre you available from 01 June 2026 to 31 December 2026 (40 hours per week)? We would love to hear from you! /p pYour responsibilities are to: /p ul liManage and ensure timely, accurate product launches across the e-commerce environment; /li liSafeguard product catalogue integrity by maintaining completeness, accuracy, and commercial readiness; /li liMonitor and manage end-to-end product data flows across the e-commerce system landscape; /li liAct as the key subject matter expert and main point of contact for product launch processes; /li liAnalyze, validate, and report on product data while collaborating with teams to improve processes and ensure high-quality product pages. /li /ul pThe Ideal Candidate has: /p ul liHas 1–3 years of experience in data management, product data, or e-commerce operations, ideally within a structured digital environment; /li liHighly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and validation; /li liAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and preferably macros; /li liExperienced with PIM systems, product onboarding tools, and working with CSV file analysis in e-commerce workflows; /li liStrong communicator, fluent in English, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira or Asana. /li /ul ul liA temporary opportunity to contribute to high-profile global collections; /li liWork within a creative, diverse, and collaborative international team; /li liCompetitive salary based on experience; /li liPotential for contract extension depending on business needs. /li /ul pHow we'll proceed: /p pWithin four working days, we will let you know if you qualify for this position.
