Apply now for the position of assembly worker! /p what we offer ul li€ 19,21 gross per hour (excluding 34% shift bonus) /li liA full-time job on a temporary basis with Randstad /li li2-shifts (7:00 - 15:30 15:30 - 00:00) /li liDAF has its own bus transportation /li liA thorough, induction program from DAF /li liPension plan from day 1 /li /ul who are you pTo get started as an assembly worker at DAF Trucks, you have to meet the following requirements: /p ul liYou are physically able to lift up to 20 kg /li liYou live within 50 kilometers of Eindhoven /li liYou have proven technical work experience or technical insight /li liYou speak and read Dutch, English or German /li liYou can work in 2 shifts (07:00 - 15:30 - 15:30 - 0:00) /li liYou are available to work 40 hours per week /li liYou are available to start within 6 weeks /li liYou would like to work for a longer period of time /li /ul what will you do pAs an assembly worker, you will work in the engine or truck factory. /p pIn the engine factory and truck factory there are automatically controlled assembly lines. Here an engine block is assembled into a complete engine or a chassis is assembled into a complete truck. In the factory, you work in a department in a team of about 15 colleagues. Each team is responsible for connecting, fastening or adjusting certain parts to the engine or truck. For example, you mount the crankshaft, piston, camshaft or gearbox in or on the engine block. Or you’ll mount the engine, tires, or cab onto the chassis on the truck. The work takes place at a high pace.
