pOur technicians in the national Decathlon Service Center repair our customers' sport products for rental and second-hand sales. Join our Decathlon team! /p pWHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US /p pAll products can break, but fortunately most of Decathlon's products are repairable. As bike technician (in dutch: fietsmonteur), you are an expert who has product knowledge and you know how to independently carry out sport product repairs. Products we for example repair: Bikes (your main focus point), tents and other outdoor equipment, etc. /p pWORKING HOURS and Salary /p pNo late shifts, no weekend shifts: the repair team works Monday to Friday, from 8.30 till 17.00 /p pStarting salary is: €2.605,03 /p pDAILY WORK AT A GLANCE /p ul li pReceiving, registering and repairing sport products /p /li li pOrdering spare parts /p /li li pRegistering and shipping repairs (to stores and our 2nd life department) /p /li li pCommunication with our stores and other stakeholders /p /li /ul pOur team is an international group of people who carry out all different repairs for the sport products. Gradually, everyone finds their own specialization and we expect the same from you. /p pTimeline of your career within Decathlon: /p ul li p1st year: You will focus on onboarding and learning everything about the job. You will excell in the position and get the opportunity to grow more in technical skills or soft skills. /p /li li p2nd - 4th year: You grow further in your role. You can discover other opportunities in the company and potentially switch from position /p /li /ul pWHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU /p ul li pYou love to do sports! /p /li li pMinimum of 3 years relevant work experience (in repair). A bike technician school degree is a huge plus /p /li li pEnthusiasm and motivation to learn and to explain (related to repairs) /p /li li pYou have a strong team spirit and are ready to help wherever the team needs you the most /p /li li pYou like to work in a organized manner and have good communication skills, as you will interact with stores and stakeholders. /p /li li pYou are fluent in English. Dutch communication skills is a plus /p /li li pAvailable 32-38 hours /p /li li pYou have the nationality of one of the EU countries and preferably live in a 30 km radius of your circular center in Tilburg.
