Together we work together for our clients and make sure everything is organised well. /p pbDescription /b /p pWork as customer service logistics professional: /p ul liManage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. /li liProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. /li liMonitor shipment statuses and ensure accurate documentation is maintained. /li liCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimise supply chain processes. /li liEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. /li liCollaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions. /li /ul pbProfile /b /p pAs customer service logistics professional: /p ul liYou have MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level. /li liYou have experience in Customer service or administration within logistics department or within a logistic company. /li liYou have strong communication skills. /li liYou are available for 40h. /li liYou are fluent in English. /li liYou are handy with different software systems. /li liYou are keen to work in a dynamic working environment. /li liYou are attentive to the details and accurate. /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p pWe offer you: /p ul liSalary based on experience, between gross per month /li liA dynamic job in a friendly and motivated team /li liTravel allowance; 0.23 cent per km /li li8% Holiday allowance /li liFull time (40h) position /li /ul
