It focuses on delivering indulgent products, strong brand presence, and continuous innovation within the premium dessert category /p pbDescription /b /p pYou will lead the d-commerce Revenue Growth Management (RGM) program, with priority markets being UK,NL,DE,FR,AUS. You will: /p ul liDesign a tailor-made RGM capability for top strategic channels, creating and rolling out the RGM playbook in the top markets. /li liLead dRGM integration by designing Retailer RGM framework for top markets' customers /li liCreate category strategies and guidelines that optimize company revenue via brand price pack architecture, managing portfolio and channel item mix, and refining promotion plan across channels/customers/regions. /li liIdentifying white-spaces, pack/ price opportunities, and building a channel-specific portfolio and power assortment for Omni, Rapid Grocery and QSRs /li liWork together with dCom Channel Strategy Lead to define current and future growth drivers that will shape retailer and Magnum Ice-Cream go-to-market strategies and plans. /li liBringing measurable impact by spotting growth opportunities. /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul liExperience in RGM and/or Portfolio-Price/Promo analytics /li liStrong analytical and data interpretation capabilities a must; ability to translate data into compelling insights and actions /li liExcellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way /li liStrong influencing and stakeholder management skills. /li liA strong sense of ownership and accountability /li liCuriosity: A customer centric mindset /li liSelf-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment /li liInfluencing and coaching skills - ability to work in cross-functional teams /li liStrong results orientation. /li liA passion for dCommerce /li liFluent in written and spoken English. /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p ul li€6000 - €8000 per month based on 40h and experience /li liContract until November 2026 + potential of extension /li li40 hours/week /li liHybrid (60%/40%) /li liTravel allowance /li liPension scheme /li liInternational environment /li /ul
