All complaints are handled by telephone or e-mail. You are responsible for after-sales service issues, product topics and general company related inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the Mercedes-Benz organization. You ensure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately, manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge. /p ul liMain point of contact for customers for complaints and problems and handle them with a fast and professional response. The support is provided through various channels; /li liActivities related to information security, information management and privacy assurance; /li liAccurate recording of customer interactions, including complaints, solutions provided and feedback; /li liA proactive approach to further developing knowledge and skills to offer the customer the best possible solution; /li liActive research into the development and promotion of scientific initiatives and programs. /li /ul where will you work pThe Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center has years of experience and a strong focus on customer focus.
