As a Expert in Customer Service | Dutch | English at SABIC, you will be the vital link between our customers, Sales, and Supply Chain. You will ensure a flawless Order-to-Cash process and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth. /p pYour Role as a Expert in Customer Service | Dutch | English: /p ul liIn this dynamic role, you will manage the commercial and logistical needs of your assigned customer cluster. /li liYou will evaluate and translate external customer requirements into internal requests, securing an uninterrupted Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. /li /ul pHow you can be the impact: /p ul liAdditionally, you will participate in optimization projects and help drive our team's transformation agenda by leveraging modern tools. /li liProactive Supply Chain Management: Ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective customer service and complete OTC cycle management (including order handling, deliveries, complaints, forecasting, and cash generation) against agreed service levels. /li liProcess Gatekeeping: Execute and safeguard the Order-to-Cash work procedures for your area, coordinating closely with all internal and external parties involved. /li liFinancial Accuracy: Handle financial surcharges regarding additional logistical activities towards customers. /li liTroubleshooting: Anticipate disturbances in your assigned area to maintain uninterrupted OTC/PTP processes.
