Then read on! /p pbThis is your daily action /b /p pThe HR Data Reporting Specialist is responsible for delivering HR, payroll, and FTE reports primarily working in Excel. The role supports HR leadership and management by providing the monthly KPI’s, ensuring data quality in the reports, and acting as the first point of contact for HR reporting questions. /p pYour main responsibilities will be: /p ul liCreating regular and ad‑hoc reports using payroll and employee data in Excel /li liAnalyzing differences and errors in payroll data and explain them to stakeholders /li liTurning data insights into clear and understandable management reports for HR leadership /li liDeveloping and maintaining dashboards that show the key HR KPIs of Action (Turnover, Promotions, absenteeism) /li liDelivering HR FTE reporting, including headcount and workforce trends in Excel /li liWorking closely with Payroll, HR Services, HR Centers of Expertise, and HR Business Partners to ensure data quality in the reports /li liProactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities based on workforce data /li liActing as the main contact person for data‑related questions from HR teams and management /li /ul pbMeet your team /b /p pYou will be part of the HR Project Processes and Systems department, based at our international headquarters. You will work closely with colleagues in HR, IT, and the business to ensure HR data and reporting are aligned with organisational needs. The team’s focus is on delivering valuable HR insights and improving reporting quality and systems. Together, we contribute to a data-driven culture that supports Action’s success. /p pbThis is you /b /p ul liYou are analytically strong, proactive, and result-oriented. /li liYou have an eye for detail and can structure complex information clearly. /li liYou can communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. /li liYou have a strong command of the English language. /li liExperience with SuccessFactors HCM and SAP Systems. /li liExperience with Excel Power Query. /li liAbility to commute to the office in Zwaagdijk-Oost at least three times a week. /li liYou thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. /li /ul pYour qualifications: /p ul liA bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or HR. /li li3-5 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably in an international environment. /li liExperience with HR systems and cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud. /li liExperience with SQL and SAP Datasphere.Pragmatic with data, able to prioritize effectively under pressure and high demand. /li liExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a clear overview. /li liA critical eye for data manipulation, offering both solicited and unsolicited advice on optimizing and automating reports. /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field. /li liExperience in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization with large datasets.  /li liA team player with strong communication skills to deliver quality insights. /li /ul pbWhat we offer /b /p pSurprisingly much!
