pbbWat je gaat doen /b /b /p pFor the Scent department at International Flavors Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. Here, raw materials are processed into fragrance components used worldwide in products such as detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes.As an upcoming operator, you will work in a fixed team using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale. Based on recipes, you collect, weigh, and process various raw materials (both powders and liquids) that form the basis of IFF’s high-quality products. /p pYour responsibilities /p ul liCollecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station; /li liAccurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch); /li liMixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing; /li liOperating and monitoring equipment; /li liMaintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace; /li liFollowing all safety and quality regulations; /li liActively cooperating with colleagues to ensure an optimal production process. /li /ul Working hours ul li07:00 – 15:00 /li li15:00 – 23:00 /li li23:00 – 07:00 /li /ul pbbWat we je bieden /b /b /p ul liHourly wage: €20,69 plus 30% shift allowance paid on all hours /li li25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance /li li13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget /li liTravel allowance of €0.21 per km /li liA contract directly at IFF in the future /li liWorking in a modern, international, and clean environment /li /ul At Start People, we follow the principle of equal pay.
