Then I'd love to get in touch. /p pAs Organisation Design Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in analysing, designing and optimising organisational structures, roles and operating models. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and HR teams to ensure organisational effectiveness, consistency and agility across the business. /p pIn this role, you combine strategic thinking, analytical capability and strong stakeholder management to support organisation-wide decision-making and transformation initiatives. /p pResponsibilities: /p ul liDesign and redesign organisational structures (As-Is / To-Be) aligned with strategy and operating model principles; /li liConduct organisational diagnostics, including spans layers analyses, FTE development and role distribution reviews; /li liIdentify structural inefficiencies and translate findings into practical organisation design recommendations; /li liDevelop clear organisational models, role definitions and accountability frameworks; /li liExecute and support job evaluation processes, including Korn Ferry Hay methodologies; /li liAssess organisation proposals against governance principles, job frameworks and HR taxonomy; /li liSupport reorganisations, integrations and transformation initiatives; /li liAdvise senior leaders, HR Business Partners and project teams on organisation design decisions; /li liDevelop dashboards, trend analyses and organisational insights to support data-driven decision-making; /li liDeliver impact assessments covering organisational, financial and operational implications; /li liCoach and support stakeholders on organisation design methodologies and best practices. /li /ul pWe are looking for a professional who combines organisation design expertise with strong analytical and advisory skills. /p pYou bring: /p ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Studies, Business Administration or a related field; /li li6-10 years of experience within Organisation Design, Organisation Development or HR Transformation; /li liExperience with organisation diagnostics, operating models and organisational restructuring; /li liKnowledge of job evaluation systems (Korn Ferry Hay experience is highly preferred); /li liStrong analytical skills and affinity with people analytics and workforce data; /li liExperience advising senior stakeholders and influencing without formal authority; /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills; /li liExperience with Microsoft Office tools; /li liExperience within a similar industry is considered a strong plus; /li liFluency in English; Dutch is a plus. /li /ul pYou will join an international and professional working environment where you will get the opportunity to work on organisation-wide transformation and organisation design initiatives.
