Instead, you ensure that inbound transport flows continue to run smoothly through systems and accurate data handling. You monitor progress, identify irregularities, and process information with great attention to detail. /p pYour tasks include: /p ul liMonitoring and following up on inbound transport flows (rail ocean) via systems /li liChecking, analysing, and processing transport and planning data /li liIdentifying delays or deviations and coordinating with relevant stakeholders /li liAdministrative processing of transport data in internal systems (such as FIS) /li liWorking with Excel reports and overviews /li liActively contributing ideas for process improvements /li /ul pYou will work full-time in day shifts (08:00 – 17:00) and become part of a close-knit team of experienced colleagues who will support you from day one. /p bFunctie-eisen /b pYou are analytical, accurate, and feel comfortable in an administrative or logistics-oriented role where systems and data play an important role. You work independently, think ahead, and maintain a structured way of working. /p pYou bring: /p ul liAt least MBO‑4 level of work and thinking /li liStrong administrative and digital skills /li liExperience working with Excel /li liGood command of the English language /li liFull-time availability (40 hours per week) /li /ul pNice to have (not required): /p ul liKnowledge of logistics or supply chain processes /li liExperience with a TMS or planning system /li liBasic knowledge of the German language /li /ul pOlympia values equal opportunities.
