You will work in a small team of one to three colleagues on your own production unit, making sure everything runs according to plan. No two days are exactly the same, because products, lines and planning can change. That keeps the work varied and interesting, while procedures remain clear and manageable. /p pbFunctieomschrijving /b /p pAs an operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly, from mixing raw materials to filling and packing the final product. You start your shift with a brief handover, set up your production line and continuously monitor quality, safety and output. You usually work together with one to three colleagues in your own production unit, which creates an organized and personal working atmosphere within a larger whole. A typical day looks like this /p ul liSetting up, operating and adjusting your production line to ensure smooth production. /li liMonitoring product quality and signaling deviations, taking immediate action to correct them. /li liPerforming changeovers when switching to a different product or packaging format. /li liSolving small technical issues to prevent production downtime. /li liCleaning and maintaining your production line according to hygiene and safety standards. /li liRecording production data and reporting relevant information during handover. /li /ul pbFunctievereisten /b /p pWe are looking for an operator who is handson, reliable and ready to hit the ground running.
