pOur client is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service B2B / Inside Sales who has 2+ years of experience in a similar role and are available 40 hours/week. /p pbClient Details /b /p pOur client is a global leading IT company operating in over 20 countries. /p pbDescription /b /p ul liFirst point of contact for German‑speaking B2B customers (phone email) /li liHandle orders, quotations, pricing, and delivery inquiries /li liSupport inside sales activities, including upsell and cross‑sell opportunities /li liMaintain and update customer data in CRM/ERP systems /li liCoordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues /li liBuild and maintain long‑term customer relationships with a commercial focus /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul liAvailable for 40 hours/week /li li2+ years of experience in Customer Service B2B/Inside Sales/Order Management /li liFluent in German and English /li liLive in the Netherlands, no candidates from abroad will be considered /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p ul li€2.600 - €3.300 gross per month based on 40 hours /li li40 hours per week /li li1 day working from home /li liTravel allowance /li liPension scheme /li /ul
