pThe Office and Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing day‑to‑day office operations while coordinating domestic and international travel to support smooth, efficient business activities. /p pbClient Details /b /p pOur client is an international financial service provider based in Amsterdam. /p pbDescription /b /p pbTravel Coordination /b /p ul liOrganise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation /li liCreate comprehensive travel itineraries and ensure all required documentation, such as visas, is in place /li liMonitor travel-related expenses and reconcile invoices and expense claims /li liProvide on-the-spot support and make adjustments to travel plans when changes arise /li /ul pbOffice Administration /b /p ul liManage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and well-functioning workplace /li liAct as the key liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners, including coordinating with the building management provider /li liOversee office inventory, equipment upkeep, and general maintenance requirements /li liMaintain accurate and well-organised digital and hard‑copy filing systems /li liSupport the preparation of reports, presentations, and written communications as needed /li liAssist with HR and Office Management processes, including onboarding new employees and ensuring office health and safety compliance /li liArrange and coordinate meeting logistics, such as room scheduling and video conferencing setup /li liRespond to incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner /li liPlan and coordinate team events and oversee the related social budget /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul liProven experience managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications /li liDemonstrated ability to research and arrange travel both via travel agencies and through direct bookings /li liFluent or working proficient Dutch communication skills (Mandatory) /li liStrong written and spoken English communication skills (Mandatory) /li liHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel /li liHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously /li liStrong communication skills with a collaborative and approachable manner /li liDetail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach /li liComfortable working independently as well as part of a team /li liAdaptable, dependable, and always willing to support where needed /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p ul liAbility to work from home 1 day per week /li liImmediate start possible /li liExciting opportunity in an international environment /li /ul
