You will be working in a new, enthusiastic, and results-driven team with an “every day better” mentality. /p pYour responsibilities include, among others: /p p✅ Pre-installation: Preparing printers for immediate use by unpacking, testing, and configuring them in line with customer requirements, ensuring a true plug-and-play setup. /p p✅ Returns Processing: Inspecting returned products for damage or defects, restoring or replacing packaging when necessary, and handling all return flows digitally. /p p✅ Damage Handling: Assessing damaged inbound and warehouse items and repairing packaging so products can be quickly returned to stock. /p p✅ Customer Communication: Managing daily communication to provide updates on the status of returned goods. /p p✅Warehouse Support: Supporting other operational departments when required and maintaining an organized, safe, and clean working environment in accordance with 5S standards. /p bFunctieomschrijving /b pTogether with your colleagues, you are responsible for checking products with damaged packaging. In addition, you inspect returned products that may have damage and/or defects. In the best-case scenario, only the packaging is damaged, but sometimes the product itself is defective. You stay alert during your work, and physical tasks do not put you off.
