With a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence, the company combines heavy industry expertise with a growing emphasis on digitalisation, sustainability, and continuous process improvement across its global operations. /p pbDescription /b /p pProcess Improvement /p ul liAnalyse and optimise end-to-end chartering processes and SOPs /li liIdentify inefficiencies and implement streamlined, scalable ways of working /li liEnsure procedures are up-to-date, practical, and consistently applied /li /ul pDigitalisation Automation /p ul liDrive digital, automation, and AI initiatives within chartering and logistics /li liLead improvement projects from concept to implementation /li liCollaborate with IT and data teams to deliver system and reporting solutions /li /ul pData Analytics /p ul liUse data to monitor performance, identify trends, and improve processes /li liDefine and track KPIs related to efficiency, cost, and compliance /li liEnhance data quality and apply automation or AI tools where relevant /li /ul pbProfile /b /p ul liImmediately available until December 2026. /li liExperience in process improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation, ideally within shipping, logistics, supply chain, chartering, or industrial environments /li liStrong experience working with operational teams and managing complex workflows /li liProven track record in leading process improvement or digitalisation projects /li liExperience in maritime or chartering is a plus, but not required /li liStrong understanding of process mapping, SOP development, and workflow design /li liSolid analytical skills with good data literacy /li liFamiliarity with digital tools, automation, and AI concepts /li liExperience with data tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL) and automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Python) /li liAbility to translate business requirements into technical or digital solutions /li liFluent in Dutch or English /li liVCA Basic certification required /li /ul pbJob Offer /b /p ul liCompetitive salary, including shift allowances where applicable /li liStrong pension scheme /li li25+ vacation days plus additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days /li li13th month and/or bonus structure /li liTravel allowance /li liDiscount on collective health insurance /li liExtensive learning and development opportunities /li liStrong focus on safety, wellbeing, and health /li liAccess to fitness facilities and company sports programs /li liGood work-life balance with flexible working options (where possible) /li /ul
