pYou will be working at a leading company in Zwaag in the glass industry. /p pAs a production worker in the glass industry, you work in a 3-shift system, earn around €3148 gross per month, and can receive a quarterly bonus of up to €500. /p pbAbout the function /b /p pAs a production worker, you will learn various glass-processing techniques, such as cutting glass, bending frames, insulating glass, and operating the sealing machine. These processes take place on separate production lines. Your team and team leader will support you in operating the line. After approximately 3 to 4 months, you will be fully trained on one of the production lines, and after working independently for a period of time, you will be trained on the next line. There are many different machines, but they can’t do everything. Your contribution as a production worker is therefore essential! /p pWorking hours: /p pMorning shift: 05:30–14:00 /p pAfternoon shift: 14:00–22:30 /p pNight shift: 22:30–05:30 /p pYou will work a different shift each week. For every hour worked, you receive a shift allowance—whether you are in the morning, afternoon, or night shift. /p pbWhat we offer /b /p ul liA gross monthly salary of €2944 to €3148, including a 15% or 23% shift allowance;(mostly 3 shifts) /li liTravel allowance of €0.23 per km from the very first kilometer; /li liParticipation in a bonus scheme with a potential bonus of up to €500 per quarter (if you have worked an entire quarter, you receive this bonus based on your attendance); /li liFresh fruit every week at the workplace;Opportunities to grow into an all-round operator and eventually a senior or shift leader; /li liTraining opportunities through PDZ, ranging from short courses and language training to long-term education programs, tailored to your needs;A VCA course within 6 months of your start date, fully paid for by PDZ. /li /ul pbWhat we need /b /p ul liYou don’t mind working in a 3‑shift system; /li liYou are available full-time for a longer period; /li liYou are able to work in Zwaag by commuting by bicycle or car; /li liYou are willing to obtain your VCA certificate within 6 months of your start date, paid for by PDZ. /li /ul pbAbout the company /b /p pYou will be working at a leading company in Zwaag in the glass industry. /p pbAdditional information /b /p pInterested?
