pAre you an experienced operator with a knack for leading a team to efficiently handle daily orders at the packaging line? /p pbDit ga je doen /b /p pAs an operator, your main responsibility is to oversee the packaging of mangoes and avocados according to customer specifications. Subsequently, these yields are dispatched to supermarkets. Within this role, you will operate machinery and also supervise production staff working alongside you on the line. You will do this in English. /p ul liSet up and adjust the net clipper or flowpack machines (performing light technical tasks). /li liSupervise production workers. /li liEnsure the smooth operation of the production line. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise. /li liPerform administrative tasks on a computer to ensure all records and registrations are accurately maintained. /li liPerform additional production tasks and maintain line cleanliness. /li /ul pThis is a full-time day shift position starting at 6:45 AM, concluding around 4:00 PM, with the possibility of extending hours for which you will receive a 135% overtime bonus after 38 hours worked per week. Weekends are off.
