You will: /p ul li pCoach and support backend developers in their professional and personal development; /p /li li pConduct development and performance conversations and support career planning; /p /li li pEnsure the long-term employability and growth of your team, both individually and collectively; /p /li li pCollaborate with the Area Manager and the other Team Lead Development to maintain a strong and balanced team structure; /p /li li pContribute actively to technical discussions and decision-making on topics such as architecture, scalability, and technical direction; /p /li li pTake the lead in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of backend developers (both permanent and freelance); /p /li li pIdentify and address performance and team dynamics challenges; /p /li li pEncourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams (backend, mobile, and web); /p /li li pContribute to a culture of ownership, feedback, and continuous improvement. /p /li /ul pWhat do you bring? /p pWe are looking for a Team Lead who provides direction, builds strong relationships, and creates impact.
