Job Description

Operate and monitor production lines.
Resolve minor technical malfunctions.
Perform quality inspections and checks.
Identify and correct process deviations.
Set up, adjust, and convert machines.
Contribute ideas for process improvements.

Salary up to €3,250 gross per month (including shift allowance).
8% holiday allowance plus a 4% year-end bonus.
36-hour work week (3-shift schedule).

Dutch-speaking or English-speaking.
Own transportation to Leerdam.
Available full-time for shift work.
Experience as an operator is an advantage.
Accurate, proactive, and detail-oriented.
