Markets Analyst

Job Summary

Ensure all EMS members get offered a fair and orderly market compliant with the existing regulations. Monitor and manage real‑time trading on respective Euronext trading venues and escalation market events, ensuring relevant regulation is applied. Interact with member firms to advise on rule application and request information on trade/order queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide real‑time support to business activities by ensuring continuous monitoring of operations, performing daily checks, adhering to KPIs, contracts and internal requirements.
• Follow and secure EMS performance and monitoring with appropriate dashboard, reports and tools.
• Provide client support and advise on onboarding for new products/initiatives until go‑live.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiencies and tools to enhance day‑to‑day activities, evaluating and selecting opportunities that provide long‑term value while minimizing operational risks.
• Contribute to operation enhancement projects to streamline workflow and support frontline business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, background in Finance or Business and knowledge of financial markets.
• In‑depth knowledge of relevant regulations and processes.
• Experience in project and team management and ability to monitor.
• High‑level sense of client service and analytic mindset.
• Ability to work in emergencies and meet deadlines.
