Production Worker - Salad Production

As a Production Worker in Brielle, you will be part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality fresh-cut vegetables and salads. You'll work in a modern, automated production facility where your daily tasks will include:

• Preparing vegetables
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Packaging and labeling finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all safety and hygiene protocols

You will work in a day shift or night shift (it's up to you!), which means you'll need to be flexible with your working hours. Weekend work is also required and is compensated with extra pay.

Our company focuses on preparing fresh vegetables and salads, mainly producing convenient ready-to-eat items like salad mixes, cut vegetables, wok blends, and complete meal salads. Much of the production is automated, allowing for an efficient workflow and reliable product quality. With a workforce of about 400 people, teamwork plays a key role in delivering fresh and high-standard products every day. The atmosphere is fast-paced and collaborative, with everyone contributing to the same objective. Working conditions are based on the collective labor agreement for the fruit and vegetable wholesale industry.

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Basic proficiency in Dutch or English
• Ability to commute within a 30 km radius
• Working in a cold environment is not a problem for you
